Your employee computer at Vanier includes Microsoft Office, enabling you to use all the common productivity tools included in it, like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. However, you are also eligible to install Office on your home computer, taking advantage of the free Office.

The process is simple:

  1. Visit mail.vaniercollege.qc.ca
  2. Login to your Vanier email and Office 365
    • Sign in with your Vanier Pass @vaniercollege.qc.ca
      • e.g.:smithj@vaniercollege.qc.ca
  3. Choose Install Office apps  (Windows) or (Mac) and follow the steps to install.

Microsoft Office 2016 for Windows includes:

  • Word (word processor)
  • Excel (spreadsheets)
  • PowerPoint (presentations)
  • Outlook (email)
  • Publisher (desktop publication)
  • OneNote (note-taking tool)
  • Access (database software)

Microsoft Office 2016 for Mac includes:

  • Word (word processor)

  • PowerPoint (presentations)
  • Outlook (email)
